Your legs might look great in a pair of Manolo Blahniks, but what happens if you need to run? Always take a look in the mirror before you leave to see things the way a criminal might see them. Consider things an attacker could grab onto (for example, a long, flowing dress), clothing that makes it hard to get away (tight skirts, stilettos), and things that make you an attractive target (expensive jewelry, clutch purses).
