Eye Gouging

I learned this from a self-defense seminar many years ago.
Women often do not realize they have options like this on their own, because this type of violent behavior is not natural for women. We don't have as much experience with violence/fighting as men do. In fact, it is a perfectly natural reaction to be disgusted by the idea of poking, stabbing or gouging someone in the eye - but your very LIFE may depend on it!
Many women do not carry any type of protection with them in their daily lives, such as pepper sprays, stun guns, actual guns, etc. If you have no weapon, you MUST be prepared to use what weapons you do have. To be prepared, you have to accustom yourself to the idea of it, or it may not occur to you in the stress of the moment.
Disclaimer: To gain proficiency at women's self defense you should also seek training at a live class.
