Headlock escape ("see-saw")

This is useful for a "cowboy headlock" (one where the attacker is in front of you).
* With the arm nearest him, reach up over his shoulder and grab under his chin (or his throat, or his nose, or eye, etc just get a good grip!)
* With your other arm, reach around front of him and grab his testicles
* Now pull his testicles up and push his head down (and back).
Like a see-saw!
