Groin Kick

Men instinctively guard their groins, so this works best if you open with an attack to the eyes to get his attention above his waist.
This kick will come up under the attackers groin causing severe pain (more effective on men, but also works on women).
Depending on the distance you can use the instep (where your laces are), ankle, or shin. Any closer and you would be better off using a knee to the groin.
Use your front (closest) leg if you want to be as quick as possible, or your rear (furthest) leg if you want to use your hips to put your body weight into a more powerful kick.
Although often depicted as a fight ender, this is not always the case so you should be ready to use additional techniques.
