Arm-over front-choke release

This is done in one fluid motion as the momentum lends you strength.
Like all releases, this works best if you can execute it before his grip is completely and firmly set in (just as he first grabs you).
1. Raise one arm
2. Twist your body sideways so that that arm is closest to him...
3. ...while at the same time bringing your arm down against his grip.
4. Follow up with an elbow strike or hammerfist.
If done with enough momentum it will draw him close and off balance for the follow-up strike. This can also be achieved by pulling one of his wrists with your free hand.
